1.  Challenges open 9 January 2012

Chanllenges are now closed for rank 1-6 players

untill after this April school holidays on 10 April 2012

Challenges for rank 7-10 players are now closed untill

12 March 2012

Challenges for all the other players stays open

2. All players that could not play the trials because of other

provincial commitments as provincial match (not practice)

against another province, or provincial trials in

other sport will be allowed to start challenge at

rank 16 only after official prove of commitment was

Other players with appologies like sickness or injuries

handed in with docters letter will alsow be allowed

to start challenge at rank 16.

Players that stayed away with appology but not

one of the above reasons may start challenge

at the bottom of the rank and may challenge in the

piramid.

Players that stayed away without any appology

 have to start challenge at bottom of rank

and will only be allowed to challenge one player

at a time up (not in the piramid).  

In future players that registered for trials

and stayed away from trials without appology

will notbe allowed to challenge and

might not be allowed to play trials

the next year. 

3.  For all other players we will use the challenge

system as bolow.

A combined ladder and pyramid system will be

usedfor challenges.

In the pyramid part you are allowed to challenge

to the left and onerow up.

In the ladder part you are allowed to challenge

2 places up.

4.  How to challange:

the challenge.

In email give your name, surname, sata number

and opponent you want to challenge's name

and surname.

4.2  After you receive an email confirming you challenge

you may:

4.3  Phone the opponent to let them know about the

challenge.

4.4  Both players will receive an email conforming

that the challenge has been approved, with both

mothers cellphone numbers.

4.5  The player that is challenged must make available

2 possible dates within 2 days.

4.6  The match should take place within 10 days after

challenge is registered.

4.7  If player challenged can not play within this

time without valid reason

(ex injury with docters letter, school matches or

exams with schools letter)

the challenging player will move up into the

challenged players position.

4.8 If the player challenged do have a valid reason

not to play the challening player my put in a request

to challenge the player with ranking above injured

or sick player.

4.9  It is the winners responsibility to send and

4.10  Challange Matches to be settled in a best of

3 sets match.

4.11  The challenger must supply 3 new balls.

4.12  The challenged player must organize the venue

(preferably school or club courts)

4.13  If preferred an umpire may be used, the player

requiring the umpire must provide an impartial umpire.

4.14  Lukas Mbangathe is qualified and arrangements

can be made with him - his number is available at the

office. His fee is for the account of the player who

want to use his services.

4.15  Since a umpire are not required by NWJT the

player that feels he wants an unpire to be present

must provide and pay the umpire.

5.  Familialise youself with all SATA rules before a match.

6.  The NW committee has the right to force or

decline a challenge.

7.  The NW committee has the wright to a final

choice of team whenever there arises a dispute

between players.

8.  If you are not sure of which players you may

with the names and rank of the player you which to

challenge and you will be informed if it is allowed 

or not.

9  Your yearly registration fee of R300 must be payed

before a challange can be registered

10.  Should the challenger win the game he/she takes

the position of the losing player and all the rest moves

one position down.

11.  A challenge admin fee of R300 must be

payed before a challenge can be registered.      

 

12.  Players form other provinces must bring prove

of their position before they will be allowed to

challenge any player. 

13.  The committee will decide on which position

they will be allowed to start challenge

(the highest being 16)

14.  Players from other provinces that moved to NW

or players that didn't take part in the trials

and haven't paid the registration fee of R300, must

do so at:

Thereafter he/she can start the challenge prosedure.

15.  The committee retain the right to consider all requests

on merrit.
